RETURN POLICY:

Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

• the returned product must be in the original neat packaging;

• the product must be undamaged by the buyer;

• the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels and protective films, etc.);

• The returned product must be of the same composition as it was received by the buyer - at the same time, the gifts received for the purchase must be returned.

If the above conditions are met, please email us. email info@spiritus.lt, and indicate the order number or attach a payment confirmation message.

After receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 working days and agree on the return details.

Upon receipt of the product and making sure that the product is not used, the money will be returned to the payer's account (or, if this is not possible, to another account specified by you) within 3 days.

Low-quality goods are returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy's 2001 June 29 by order no. 217 “On Approval of the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items” approved by the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items.

Please be informed that in the event of a dispute, buyers should first contact the seller and, in the event of a dispute, have the right to seek redress on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/? event = main.home.show.

DELIVERY:

Your goods will be delivered to the specified address within 3-5 working days from the received payment for the goods.

Orders over € 100 are delivered free of charge. When buying for less than € 100, delivery prices:

Courier - from € 4.00

Orders are delivered using DPD courier servicee  or to the post office .of your choice.

The shipping cost will be automatically added to your billing page.

Delivery fee to the Curonian Spit is € 29.

Currently, we deliver goods only within the territory of Lithuania.
