Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
• the returned product must be in the original neat packaging;
• the product must be undamaged by the buyer;
• the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels and protective films, etc.);
• the returned product must be of the same composition as it was received by the buyer - at the same time, the gifts received for the purchase must be returned.

After receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 working days and agree on the return details.
Money will be returned to the payer's account (or, if this is not possible, to another account specified by you) within 3 working days.
Low-quality goods are returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy's 2001 June 29 by order no. 217 “On Approval of the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items”.
